We are a leading international shipping company in Baghdad, Al Karkh, currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience in customer service within the shipping or logistics industry.

Position: Customer Service Officer

Salary: 1,800,000 IQD to 2,500,000 IQD (negotiable based on experience and skills)
Location: Baghdad, Al Karkh

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
Assist customers with documentation, tracking shipments, and providing updates.
Maintain professional communication with clients, both verbally and in writing.
Process customer complaints and offer appropriate solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
